My name is Gunnar Mueller and I´m a chemist. First of all I would like to thank you for your interest and visiting my web-site.

Presently I am working as a researcher for the Revotar Biopharmaceuticals AG in Hennigsdorf, where I am responsible for the development of an inexpensive and short manufacturing route to an innovative anti-inflammatory drug.

Upon obtaining my PhD degree in organic chemistry (investigation of the Photo-Dehydro-Diels-Alder reaction) in the group of Prof. Dr. Wessig I joined the group of Prof. William J. Kerr at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. Here my research activities were focused on new Magnesium-based reagents for use in selective organic synthesis and asymmetric processes.

With more then ten years of working at the frontiers of organic chemistry I am a well-experienced scientist, who approaches challenges in analytical and effective ways. 

Seeing myself as a part of a team it is always very important to my to care for an open and trustful atmosphere among the co-workers that helps avoiding or relieving tensions.
